CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT

Clients of Elizabeth Booth Rainbow Samadhi must adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation: Clients are required to notify Elizabeth Booth Rainbow Samadhi of any cancellation or rescheduling of their appointment no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Notification must be made via text message to the designated contact number provided at the time of booking.

2. Notification Method: The cancellation or rescheduling request must be sent via text message to the following number: 0404535929. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the notification is received and acknowledged by Elizabeth Booth Rainbow Samadhi within the specified time frame.

3. Non-Refundable Policy: Failure to adhere to the 48-hour notification requirement will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid for the scheduled appointment. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment.

4. No-Show Policy: In the event that a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing the required 48-hour notice, the client will be charged the full fee for the missed session, and no refunds will be issued. By booking an appointment with Elizabeth Booth Rainbow Samadhi, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation policy.

5. Rescheduling: If the cancellation policy is adhered to, the client may reschedule their appointment. The rescheduled appointment must be within the availability of Elizabeth Booth's schedule. Please note, while one reschedule is allowed free of charge, any additional changes to your booking will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly, and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Elizabeth Booth Rainbow Samadhi. Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware that downloading software and digital goods carries inherent risks. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may assist you.
